Crisafulli Associates Brokers the Sale of a $4.56 million Apartment Complex
Crisafulli Associates represented the seller of the Locust View Apartments, a two year old 34 unit apartment complex in Selkirk, NY that sold on December 3, 2015 for $4,562,500. The complex, that was also built by Crisafulli Associates, contains a mix of one and two bedroom apartment units as well as 34 garage spaces and sits on 7.6 acres. The purchaser was represented by Richard Ferro of Berkshire Hathaway Realty.
