930 Albany Shaker Road

In 2003 we purchased this building and re-developed into Class A office space. It's prime location situated just off of busy Route 7 in Latham and one mile from the Albany International Airport makes it the perfect home to several professional firms and in January of 2006 we completed an 8800 sq/ft addition to the building. The Pelvic Health Center of the Bellevue Womens Hospital moved into 7,700 sq/ft of the space. This building is currently operating at full capacity.

Gexpro building

The Gexpro building llocated at 4 Stanley Circle in Latham was custom built for GE Electric Supply in 2004. It is 64,620 sq/ft of warehouse, storefront and office space. From the start of negotiations with GE to their move in date was only 9 months. This building is a testament to our ability to build-to-suit in a timely and efficient manner while creating a space that meets our clients needs. The building is located off of busy Route 7 a quarter mile from I-87 and is now leased exclusively to Gexpro.

326 Old Niskayuna

326 Old Niskayuna Road in Latham, New York is a 42,500 sq/ft building with both office and warehouse space. Developed in 2002, 326 Old Niskayuna is home to Clopay Overhead Door and GCX Inc. It is conveniently located in Latham's industrial zone just minutes from I-87 and the Albany Airport.

8 Petra Lane

8 Petra Lane was completed in February 2006. It is located in the Clark Industrial Park in the Village of Colonie. The building is 16,372 sq/ft and is home to several businesses. The building is currently operating at full capacity.

57 Karner Road

57 Karner Road in Colonie, New York is a 27,206 sq/ft office/warehouse space which is currently home to Anthem Health Services, the original building was developed in 1992 and additional space was added on in 1995.

2727 Plaza

Developed in 1988, 2727 Plaza is located on busy Hamburg Street in Rotterdam, New York. The building has over 8800 sq/ft of office/retail space and currently is operating at full capacity.
