We are currently in the planning process for a 114 unit active adult senior housing at 28 Everett Road Extension in Colonie, NY. The three story complex will consist of studio, one and two bedroom apartments along with many amenity spaces, garage parking and in building storage. Crisafulli Associates will serve as general contractor with an anticipated construction duration of 16 months.
