Crisafulli Associates Acquires 5.4 Acres of Land in Latham for New Industrial Project

Crisafulli Associates has acquired 5.46 acres of land at 348 Old Niskayuna Rd in Latham, NY for a 63,750 SF office/warehouse building. The project, which is located near the Albany Airport, is expected to break ground in the Spring of 2018. See available space page for more information.
