348 Old Niskayuna Rd is a 63,752 sq.ft industrial property located immediately adjacent to the Albany International Airport. The project will become the new head quarters for Chris’ Coffee Services, Inc., an Albany based coffee supplier, roaster, espresso machine seller and servicer. Construction of the building started in January 2020 with an August 2020 completion date. Crisafulli Associates worked with Chris’ Coffee, whom the property was conveyed to, to design a facility that will allow the fast growing company to expand their roasting, warehousing and sales operations.
